1. Appointment and scope
This addendum supplements the Affiliate Program Terms. TradeDNA may appoint an approved affiliate to represent one market and manage one direct level of approved affiliates. The appointment is nonexclusive, limited, and can be suspended or ended under this addendum.
2. Customer-based compensation only
Compensation is earned only from qualifying customer subscription payments and founder-approved promotional deliverables. No payment is earned for inviting, applying, approving, enrolling, or merely naming another affiliate. A managed affiliate cannot manage another compensated level.
3. Direct commissions and one-level override
- Your own direct referrals earn 30% for 12 months, unless an existing Gold lifetime entitlement is more favorable.
- Qualifying customer payments from your directly managed affiliates earn a 5% override for the customer's first 12 months.
- The override becomes 7.5% prospectively after 250 cumulative unique network customers and 10% prospectively for customer lifetime after 500.
- Threshold payments use the rate in effect before that threshold unlocks. There is no historical re-rating or backpay.
- The direct commission and override together cannot exceed 40% of the actual qualifying customer payment.
4. Pilot incentives
TradeDNA may offer written pilot incentives for verified customer milestones or founder-approved educational content. The dashboard states the current requirements, evidence, deadlines, retention periods, and maximum reward. Incentives do not depend on recruiting a required number of affiliates.
5. Tracking, refunds, and disputes
TradeDNA's recorded attribution and payment data controls eligibility. Commissions remain subject to the stated holding period. Refunds, lost payment disputes, duplicate attribution, fraud, self-referrals, and ineligible sales can cancel unpaid compensation or create an exact recovery obligation after payment.
6. Clear disclosure and content standards
- Clearly disclose the financial relationship with TradeDNA next to each endorsement or referral link.
- Use only current, founder-approved product claims, offers, trial codes, and creative assets.
- Keep required evidence and public content available for the stated verification and retention periods.
- Complete disclosure training and cooperate with reasonable promotion reviews.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Do not promise trading profits, guaranteed outcomes, or guaranteed affiliate income.
- Do not use spam, fake accounts, self-referrals, bought engagement, paid-to-join schemes, or manufactured conversions.
- Do not present yourself as TradeDNA, bind TradeDNA to an agreement, or create a second compensated affiliate level.
- Do not make misleading, illegal, or brand-damaging claims.
8. Brand, confidentiality, and records
TradeDNA grants a revocable right to use approved brand materials only for the program. Nonpublic product plans, customer information, program operations, and commercial terms must remain confidential. You must provide truthful evidence and preserve records reasonably needed to verify compensation.
9. Independent relationship
You participate as an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, franchisee, joint venturer, or legal partner of TradeDNA. You control how you perform approved promotion and are responsible for your expenses, taxes, permits, and legal compliance.
10. Suspension and termination
TradeDNA may pause invitations, new override creation, or the appointment while reviewing capacity, compliance, fraud, disclosure, or program risk. Termination stops future eligibility but does not rewrite valid compensation already earned, subject to refunds, disputes, fraud, and other recovery rights in these terms.
11. Acceptance and controlling terms
You must accept the current version before activation. The English version controls if a translation differs. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
